Sharing with known individuals: We will prioritize couples, family members, or close friends to share a room, ensuring that strangers are never placed together.
Rooms with two single beds:We have a few rooms equipped with two single beds to accommodate double occupancy.
We like to think that your ski vacation is a great opportunity to disconnect from the world. However, if you need to be connected, there is high-speed wireless service in the lodge. The quality and speed of access will be variable, and you must bring your own laptop, as we cannot provide access to any computer equipment at the lodge. Messages can be left on the lodge private line.
We are happy to accommodate health-related dietary needs like allergies, intolerances, and celiac disease. Just let us know as soon as possible (while you make your reservation would be a good time). Since our lodge is in a remote area, it is hard for us to get ingredients if we hear about your needs late. We can't just drive to the store. While we can accommodate vegetarians or vegans, we may not be able to fulfill requests for certain lifestyle-based diets.
Our guests typically include expert, advanced, and intermediate skiers. While prior powder skiing experience is not necessary, you must be able to ski in control across various types of backcountry terrain and snow conditions, including wooded slopes. You should have experience at downhill resorts and have spent some time skiing off groomed trails. When on your skis, you should be able to make confident parallel turns, side slip, sidestep, traverse, and execute kick turns on challenging and steep terrain. It's important to be in good physical condition, as the better shape you're in, the more enjoyment you'll get out of your vacation and the less likely you are to injure yourself.
The rental day rate is CAD 25 + tax.
We have a selection of ski and snowboard rentals suited to our terrain and snow conditions.
Poles are included in the rental fee. (We have two section collapsible poles for snowboarders. Some prefer shorter poles though). We do not rent boots, please bring your own.
Each guest will be provided with an avalanche transceiver, backpack, probe, shovel & radio.
We do not provide avalanche airbags. If you would like to rent an airbag, contact Powder Rentals in Revelstoke.
Tipping is an accepted practice in the snowcat skiing industry and is not included in your ski package price.
As our guest, you are cared for by many of our staff members. We pool tips and distribute them among all staff who worked during your stay.
Our guests typically leave between CAD 100 and 150 per day.
