The Lodge Life
The Lodge
A Rustic Twist with a Laid-Back Vibe. Our incredibly friendly staff will make you feel right at home.
Rooms
Sleep well, for adventure awaits at dawn. Our Lodge offers 18 cozy rooms, a combination of three single rooms, three double-bed rooms, six queen-bed rooms, and six rooms with two single beds. Each room features an ensuite bathroom with a shower/bathtub, a hair dryer, extra blankets, and other essentials.
Common Area
Enjoy a game of pool, ping-pong, or darts. A tournament of all three is called the Great Northern Olympics. We want you to relax and enjoy your surroundings, but Wi-Fi is available throughout the lodge if you need to stay in touch with your home. The TV room is also always open.
Shopping
Visit our retail shop for Great Northern souvenirs, and products from brands such as Orage, Arc'teryx, Smith.
Rejuvenate
Soak up in the outdoor hot tub, rejuvenate in the cedar sauna, or cozy up in front of the fireplace while reminiscing about your powder day.
Dining
Going hungry is not an option! We offer rustic elegance, winter comfort food, and home-cooked meals with communal lodge dining. Experience the rich flavors created through smoke and fire. We challenge you to resist our smoked wild sockeye salmon, chicken, or ribs.
Start your day off right
Breakfast starts at 7:00 am sharp. Grab a fresh cup of locally roasted coffee, tea, or fruit juice on your way to the dining table. Enjoy a hearty meal featuring homemade oatmeal, fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, and hash browns. This family-style breakfast will fuel you for a big day in the mountains. You can look forward to a daily selection of freshly baked pastries, breads, and other baked goods.
Refuel on the mountain
At Great Northern, lunch is served on the slope or streamside. Admire the jagged peaks with a hot beverage in hand. Refuel with a wrap, fruit, veggie, and homemade treats while you plan your next turns.
Après Ski
While shredding powder is crucial, après ski is your chance to put your feet up and indulge in a few well-earned calories before dinner is served. No two après are the same, and the smell of mouthwatering BBQ will tempt you to leave the hot tub!
The dinner bell rings at 6:30 pm
Yes, it truly rings to summon everyone to the table! Dinner time is a social affair. While you were chasing powder at high elevations, our chefs prepared a nourishing three-course meal to warm you up and end your day on a satisfying note.
Bring Your Own
Please note that we don't sell alcohol in the lodge, but you're welcome to bring your favorites!
Relax. Recharge. Repeat.
Unwind in cozy, mountainside comfort after a day of epic powder runs. Book your stay and make every moment unforgettable.
